Today's Christian Woman focuses on spiritual disciplines and practices to help you go deeper in your faith

Simplicity

A traditional Shaker hymn says, "Tis a gift to be simple, tis a gift to be free." Living out the spiritual practice of simplicity allows us to let go of anything that clutters our lives, minds, and souls, to pursue a single-minded focus on God. It includes pursuing modesty, humility, and unpretentiousness, and releasing our desire for status, comfort, and pride.
