Rest

Each day can be filled with such chaos and stress, that we need a daily time to rejuvenate in order to allow the mind, soul, and body to recalibrate. The Hebrews rested from sundown to sunrise. We can learn from their practice and incorporate that lesson to make us better able to handle what life throws at us each day.
